he wonderful and energetic appearance of Wendy (from the Wendy's). Unfortunately, this year that was not the case. As you can tell from the picture (as seen on your left), this year's Wendy just wasn't "into it". Not only was she clearly wearing a wig, she wasn't even really smiling. I don't want to say that she ruined the Kentucky State Fair, but she definitely came pretty close. Still, overall, I would give my fair experience a 7 out of 10. While that may not compare with the 8 from last year, it is still pretty close.
Well, that just about covers all of the "big" news in Kentucky these days. As I close, though, I would just like to wish my bud Elbows a very happy Honduran b-day. I hope that it is everything you dreamed it would be, 'Bows.
As for everyone else, have a happy Labor Day weekend. And remember to drop a note sometime if you are ever in Kentucky. I'll try not to wait so long until my next post. But until then.....

Happy B-Day, 'Bows.
Boy it really has been too long since I last updated this thing. So here it goes. Hello again. I trust that you are all doing extremely well (as always). I know I sure am. Things here in "the Ville" certainly have been keeping Jaimers and myself pretty busy. There is a lot of news to give, so I'll just move right along.
First of all, Jaime recently purchased a new hair dryer. You may remember her saying in previous posts that her old one just wasn't "cutting it" any longer but that she would just have to "tough it out" until it was officially broken. Well, as of app. 6:55 am last week it officially gave up the ghost and we were forced to buy a new one at Target. Thankfully, the new one isn't anywhere near as loud as the old one. You all no doubt recall me mentioning the fact that the sound of a hair dryer is the worst sound in the world (mainly due to its high volume). So,
needless to say, this new (more quiet version) has led to a stronger marriage and more quality time in the mornings.
Next off (as promised) - Many of you have recently been saying something along the lines of "Hey Pajamas, last time I checked it is September and you have yet to post your annual review of the Kentucky State Fair." So, back by popular demand, here is my annual review of the Kentucky State Fair (year 3). Us and the gang (Leggs, Quiglett, Ties, & Ren-Ren) headed out to the fair this past weekend and enjoyed some quality time with our fellow Kentuckians. I'll first start with the high points of the fair. First of all, the weather was wonderful. Secondly, the funnel cake was delicious. Thirdly (I must say) the duck herding dog show definitely stepped it up a notch this year. If you didn't see it, you really missed out. Lastly, the kissing cows show (as seen to your top right) was especially entertaining and I really hope that it becomes a regular installment.
But now for the low points. There really was only one this year but unfortunately that one low definitely had a negative impact on not only my experience but I feel the experience of every person at the fair this year. As you may recall, one of the biggest highlights of last year's fair was t
